Introducing our NEW weekday
classes for our youngest
Inventors!
2.5 – 3.5 years old
This is a “Parent & Tot” program designed as a gentle introduction to extracurricular activities. Parents will join their child each week, supporting their learning and confidence through playful, hands-on activities. This course is designed for our youngest learners, ages 2.5 to 3.5, as they begin to explore, discover, and create! Using brightly colored LEGO DUPLO bricks, children will build simple models of animals, vehicles, buildings, and fairy-tale characters, sparking their imagination and curiosity.
Through hands-on building and creative play, children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, verbal communication, and social interaction in a structured yet fun environment. They will also learn about colors, shapes, and sizes while exploring the world around them—one brick at a time!
Each lesson is story-based and features interactive presentations where teachers bring topics to life! For example, in a zoo-themed class, children will listen to a fun story about zoo animals, discuss their favorite ones, and then build their own monkey, crocodile, or parrot alongside their teacher. Each class introduces a new and exciting theme, making learning playful and engaging!

This is a “Parent & Child” program designed as a gentle introduction to friendship building and social interactions. Parents will join their child each week, supporting their learning and confidence through playful, hands-on activities such as lego building, group puzzles, friendship circle and story time. Our play group is designed with all children in mind! Everyone is invited to us as we explore the world of STEM.
Through hands-on and creative play, children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and verbal communication in a fun environment. Our main focus is creating a solid foundation for children to build on while learning about colors, shapes, sizes, spatial notions and mechanical workings and crucially, how to positively interact with others!
Each class begins with an interactive circle time where the children will have the chance to talk and listen! Circle time is a wonderful opportunity to practice social skills, communication skills and interaction skills. We will participate in storytime, songs and dancing as well! After that it’s play time! Each week the class will be set up with different stations where the children are free to explore. The stations are strategically set up to allow for a certain number of children to play as well as focusing on a specific developmental need.

Designed for our youngest learners, Little Inventors encourages children to explore, discover, and create using brightly colored LEGO DUPLO bricks and LEGO System pieces. They will build models of animals, vehicles, buildings, and fairy-tale characters, sparking their imagination and curiosity. After their LEGO building adventure, children will dive into a STEM or art activity related to the theme of the day. This may include a hands-on science experiment, a creative craft or an exciting material exploration.
Through hands-on building and creative play, children develop fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, verbal communication, and social interaction in a structured yet fun environment. They will also learn about colors, shapes, and sizes while exploring the world around them—one brick at a time! This extended class gives children a chance to completely immerse themselves in the topic at hand, ask questions and explore at their pace.
Each lesson is story-driven and interactive, bringing learning to life! For example, in a zoo-themed class, children will listen to a fun story about zoo animals, discuss their favorite animals and build a LEGO monkey, crocodile, or parrot. Then learn about bird feeding, discover native Canadian birds, and create a bird feeder to take home! Every week, a new theme keeps learning fresh, exciting, and engaging!
