Pre-K Program
A Montessori Approach and STEM based learning
(For ages 3 - 5 years old)

Children will learn to respect, interact, share, participate and help each other learn and boost their self esteem

Children will learn to express themselves, ask questions and gain vocabulary

Children will learn how to question and how to trust in themselves. They will learn that knowledge is power and focus on their successes

Children will learn to care for their bodies and their brains through gross and fine motor skill practice as well as mindfulness and stress reducing activities

Montessori’s emphasis on independence and personal mastery of learning allows for large amounts of time for children to explore, build knowledge and solidify concepts.

The Montessori approach lends very well to learning in a STEM environment, as it has a strong emphasis on the child being the master of their own learning and using experiences to lead them to the answers they seek.

Children will learn to find various solutions to problems

Children will learn to question and look at the facts to find answers

Children will learn to work together as well as share information and skills

Using LEGO as our main learning tool, children will learn the basics of science, technology, engineering and math
