What will a typical day
look like for my child?

8:00 am
Arrival, welcome, attendance and circle time
8:30 – 9:30
Activity as set up and directed by the educator. This time will focus on our main competencies and allow the educator time to observe and evaluate each child’s comfort level, needs and personal goals.
9:30 – 9:45
Brain Break - Movement and mindfulness activities to motivate our bodies and minds!
9:45 – 10:00
Snack time as provided by the center – This is also our daily group conversation time.
10:00 – 11:00
Active exploration as set up by the educator and directed by the child. The child has the opportunity for hands on exploration of materials provided, is given “food for thought” through books, pictures, and choice of accessories. The educator is available and close by for questioning and encouragement.

Children will learn to care for their bodies and their brains through gross and fine motor skill practice as well as mindfulness and stress reducing activities

Children will learn to question and look at the facts to find answers


Children will learn to work together as well as share information and skills

STEM Literacy

Using LEGO as our main learning tool, children will learn the basics of science, technology, engineering and math
