FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. When is the pick-up and drop off?

Ped days start at 8am, although the children can join us anytime between 8 am and 9:00 am. That gives parents time to drop off their children without having to worry about any traffic coming in.

Ped days end at 4 pm, so pick up would be from 3:30 - 4 pm. Please, do not be late to pick up your children, and if this is the case – late policies will be applied. Our late policy incurs a charge of $1 per minute for pickups after 4 pm.

Q. What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you would like to cancel your order, we will issue a full refund to your family credit account with Inventor STEM School and available for future use (which can be used towards any of our evening/weekend after school programs or camps).

Please note that there will be no refunds available for our Ped Day Events.

Q. What if my child has allergies? Can they attend?

Absolutely! We proudly maintain a nut free environment and when you register with us, one of the documents you will be asked to fill out is an allergy form so that we can keep aware of all allergies. We also ask all parents to be mindful and pack nut-free lunches and snacks. There will be no food sharing between children and our teacher will strictly supervise lunch to make sure everyone is safely eating only the food brought from home.

Q. Will the lessons be hard?

Not at all! While we do pride ourselves on our educational component, the children will be having too much fun to even realize just how much they are learning. We do our best to make sure the children learn by what children do best …… playing!

Q. What if my child has an illness and cannot attend?

Please note that there will be no cancellations or partial refunds in the case of missed days or sickness related.
